Re: geo-fence or geofence or geo fence?

Thanks for all the responses. I'm coming back to this topic after being out with a stomach bug (or possibly a mild case of food poisoning?).

I think Lauren has given me the answer with the most teeth - one that I can show to the developers to convince them to spell it consistently as well.

Google might take issue with that statement. Google Geo is not exactly 
new and there are quite a few Google Geo products.

In discussing geofences, it is probably best to use Google's style since 
this is a Google widget.

Regarding whether to use a hyphen, never use a hyphen for code or terms
