Hi Lynne,

The ChapTitleTOC files etc aren't listed in the Include Paras - not there at all!

Somebody else internally had the same problem and found a solution - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/915128?start=0&tstart=0

Basically you have to open the TOC file and set up the bookmarks for just that document (the xxxxTOC file ARE listed there in the Include Paras) and save the setup (don't have to actually print create the toc pdf). After that, when you create the book PDF the bookmarks behave.
