When the daylight hours are long, I get up at 5:30am. As they start to get shorter, I find myself getting up later and later. Although I never get up past 6:30am.I think I suffer from SAD. I should probably get one of those daylight bulbs to trick me into thinking the sun is still shining (kind of like what we do for our chickens to keep them laying eggs through the winter).

My commute is about 15 miles. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to the office.

My work day begins around 8am and ends around 5pm, but I have some flexibility with that.
