Didn't even realize you were referencing 3e, which I didn't even realize existed -- just noticed today this came out only a few months ago. They indicated that the lead author had passed away in the intervening 10 years since 2e.

Got it in ebook. Looks like a great resource. Thanks again.

Developing Quality Technical Information: A Handbook for Writers and Editors, 3rd Edition

Chapters 3, 5, 9 & 10 are the most apt for structured writing and DITA, but the rest of the book contains plenty of good general advice for TWs.
