I assume the example was pointing to either a Saturday or Sunday... My take:

Subject: Limited network access on Saturday, March 28, 2015

I'll be upgrading some of our hardware in order to speed up our network. I'll be starting at 8AM and figure it'll take one to two hours. If you're going to be working while I'm doing the hardware upgrade, access to the STU/Cumulus server may be limited but the email and Davis consulting/graphics server will be accessible.
