I'd go with this construction:

This package includes these [ items | parts | applications | or
whatever specific class of items is listed ]:

* Blah

* Blah

I would do so for two reasons:

1. It's a full sentence, not a fragment.

2. It doesn't rely on reading direction, unlike "following" (or "below"
or other relative-position term).

IIRC, this is what A Major IT Company has in its style guide. They do A
LOT of translation. ;)
