If you have UNIX utilities installed --

find . -type f -exec ls -l {} \;

The output should be easy to import into Excel for column manipulation. Or, with a wee bit of additional UNIX command foo, you can get the output you want directly.

If you don't have UNIX utilities installed, I don't know if the effort to do so is worthwhile.
