When confronted with this sort of thing, I either tell the user to expand
the Foo panel (if I know the audience has some experience), or I tell them
to click the plus sign or triangle (or whatever it is) to expand the Foo
panel. Knowing what it's technically called is a piece of trivia, and most
users won't care.
