Thanks, David. If you scroll down on the MS Guide you linked to, you'll
see that they are called "arrows" or "rotating triangles" depending on the
exact glyph that is used.
And at the bottom of the page are the the documentation instructions.

I have questions about their documentation example.
"Example: To display the files within a folder, move the pointer to the start of the folder name, and then click the triangle next to the folder."
Is the middle part of that instruction necessary? Do you users really need to be told to "move the pointer"?
