While water only falls in one direction, it can still make quite a mess
when the liquid meets a solid surface (or deadline).

I recall numerous times documenting waterfall projects where the end result
bore little resemblance to what they said they were going to produce.

I kinda like agile better - I actually get to see what's being developed
every two weeks in the reveal. I have a much better sense of what will
actually result from the developers' efforts.
