It looks like itself is a Constant Contact email response address. But Bridge Publications (one of the links in the email) publishes Scientology books, and it does hire people like this sometimes, as far as I know. I think this is most likely some recruiter who did not read the rules for techwr-l, and wrongly posted a job. I'm sure he will be reprimanded roundly.
