I used it for a Toastmasters project since my Camtasia trial had long since expired and it is (or was) free for personal use. It did everything I needed it to do.

I use Camtasia a long time ago but it's on the pricey side for what we want to do. (I know I can download it for 30 days free and that may be a route we go.)
I was hoping someone have experience with another tool that might be cheaper or free.
