No one is using that. It's a kickstarter campaign. With that design,
I'd be worried about the plug snapping off.

I bought a top-of-the-line 17-inch MacBook Pro because the later
models were missing so many useful things such as a CD / DVD writer,
USB ports, FireWire port, and upgradeable RAM and hard drive. It still
has plenty of power for the resource-intensive music software I run on
it. Feels just as fast as the fairly new 15-inch I have from work.

That said, you can get a 3-pack of USB-C to standard USB 3 adapters for $7.

Personally I prefer adapters with a cable. There are various USB-C
port expanders with various combinations such as 3 USB and Ethernet.

I buy machines so seldom that I like to get the biggest/baddest ones I can, but as I understand it, I wouldnât be able to use my USB keyboard without an adapter. So this one looked particularly good with so many options, including an SD Card reader and HDMI output.
