CAUTION - EXTERNAL EMAIL

Hello All,
I am driving myself crazy. Below is my Reference Pages from FM10. I am trying to set up my Table of Contents to show both the Chapter Number and the Chapter Title. I cannot figure out why the below is not correct.

If this screen shot doesn't get through....I'll send another email with the manually typed out Reference Info.

Any guesses as to why I can't get it to work?

openObjectId <$relfilename>:<$ObjectType> <$ObjectId>
<$paratext> <$pagenum>
<$paratext> <$pagenum>
<$paratext> <$pagenum>
<$paratext> <$pagenum>
<$paratext> <$pagenum>
Chapter <$chapnum> : <$paratext> <$pagenum>
Chapter <$chapnum> : <$paratext> <$pagenum>

Best regards

Megan Bruce
