Just heard about PleaseReview, http://www.pleasetech.com/pleasereview.aspx, and thought some list members might find it of interest.

I donât know much about it. t was mentioned on the AMWAâAmerican Medical Writers Associationâlist (which I joined last year during a time I was considering switching my focus, but then I realized Iâd never obtain a level of domain knowledge even approaching my software tech knowledge), but several writers said they were pleased with it.
