How can anyone find passive voice in "Share a Custom View via URL"?
That example was provided after the discussion began. We could only assume context until then. I provided examples to illustrate my point and my examples using "via" were passive voice.
The example "Share a Custom View via URL" is in active voice but it is also an incomplete sentence, since it suggests the Custom View is in the URL. The view cannot be in the URL but the link or commands to the view can be a URL. The action of sharing a view "via URL" by itself requires inference to know what "via URL" means. Is that a shared link, a PUT, a POST, or something else?
