Iâve been asked to help out on a sales/marcomm piece thatâs to cover âcompetitor positioningâ to compare two products (and of course, to favor one of them). Iâve got lots of facts, but Iâm not sure how theyâre normally presented in a concise doc. When I google or look at SlideShare, I find all sorts of info about what to include in a competitive positioning analysis, but I havenât found what Iâm really looking for: a sample doc (or two or three).
If anyone has a pointer to such a doc thatâs online, Iâd appreciate a pointer. Or if you have access to a doc that you can share (perhaps offlist), thatâd be great, too.
If I were preparing a presentation, itâd be easy to put all the great info that I have into PPT slides. But for an actual doc, Iâm sure that there must be a standard format/set of headings to use. But I havenât found examples. I guess this sort of info is always considered highly proprietary and not freely available?
Thanks,
-Monique
