Yup. I've had first hand experience with each option. Options 2 or 3 are
the better options. Option 1 is guaranteed to fail. Personally, I'd always
choose Option 3, since it seems to be the most flexible. But, there has to
be an understanding that you will run behind the development release
schedule.
