+1 for this; also interested in any answers.

I've been experimenting with the offline Swagger editor and while the
side-by-side view seems pretty good, generating an output in any form of
HTML results in a file with lots of problems - sample XML not rendered
correctly, information missing, ....

I used swagger-codegen -l html2 to generate the first version of an API doc
from Swagger YAML, but feedback from users is that it's incomplete or
inaccurate. Has anyone successfully used other tools such as 3scale, Akana,
Axway, or Gelato?
