I agree with Emoto. Unless there was a conversation about it, I would wait. I like the thank you note.
Years ago, I met my former sister-in-law because she thanked my manager and myself for taking the time to interview her. She wasn't our first pick, but when our first pick didn't show on her first day but tried to jack up our initial offer, we said no thanks and Laurie became our second choice and later married my brother.
While neither the job or her marriage didn't last, we've been best friends for at least 35 years.
This was prior to LinkedIn but I usually as recruiters to pass on a thank you note or do what Emoto suggested.

Speaking only for myself, I would feel a little presumptuous doing that. What I would do is send them each an individual thank you note for their time, and mention something that you enjoyed about your conversation with each. You could send that through Linked-In mail, I think.
