Change my site name voluntarily or just update the last three pages?

She never asked me for anything.

This was a very contentious person (she was the internet lawyer of the year who referred to me as "little girl" although I was in my early 30's at the time). She filed a bogus case in federal court for 1/2 million dollars with charges that had the wrong statutes attached to them, thinking I'd just not read the actual statutes and curl up and give up my business name.

I found out that when someone sues you in federal court, you can countersue for free, so I countersued her for a million dollars and the internet lawyer of the year had a mark against her and her company until the suit was resolved. Her company couldn't get credit until the suit was resolved or something like that.

You don't want to call me little girl and assume I can't research case statutes or read about the rules regarding trademark usage since she was suing me for infringing upon hers.

What she didn't know is that I had thought about going into business law and took several business law classes in college.

Just guessing, but I would imagine that if they had simply asked you nicely if you wouldn't mind updating your site, you might have done so voluntarily.
