Not everyone can get the digest, depending on how we access the list. I
cannot. And frankly, to get a 5-billion-byte download once a week is not
what I consider particpation.
I'm not jumping on the person who suggested this. I'm just getting more and
more frustrated as I wrestle with what should be such a smooth easy process
