TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
A recent _Newsweek_ article reports that some bright 20- to
30-yr-old US Americans are finding it easier to move up the ladder
by taking corporate jobs in Mexico.
This made me wonder, do any of you techwr-lers know of any
Mexican technical writers? Surely some writing is occurring if
goods are being manufactured.
I know that Binion Amerson, STC Region 5 Director-Sponsor and
techwr-l reader, is also interested in knowing. If you know of
any technical writing activity happening in Mexico, I'd like
to read your reply on the list.
