Initially, getting the data out and organized for your users is more
important than "making it beautiful." This is particularly true if
most of your users are going to be running lynx, since graphics
aren't displayed under lynx.

Getting the data organized isn't all that hard, but you need to
break it down into manageable chunks. Don't put all your
data on the home page---use the initial pages as pointers
to other data. Figuring out the hyperlinks and breaking off
the data into smaller files is more important than the graphics.

Graphics are certainly nice, of course. But I got my first
pages out within days of getting Mosaic and learning HTML.
If I didn't put anything on the Web because I'm still quite
inept with graphics, I'd never get anything done!
