Can anyone tell me of studies done on either or both of the following topics:
1. Documentation as a value-adding entity
2. The importance of coordination of documentation departments (& therefore the
deliverables of each) with other departments within the company that produce
user-aimed documents (such as marketing, sales, implementation, training,
support, etc.)
