Hmmm, if I could put everything I do into one sentence, my job
would be much simpler, right? <g>

Lets see...

- document software for users (online and paper)
- document JAD sessions (Joint Application Development)
- provide a "user-friendly" perspective to a techie development group
- clarify how the software works (or will be designed to work) so that
revisions to the software design can be made as needed
- spot difficult processes within the software and tag for redesign
(hint, if it's hard to document, it's probably hard to do)
- continue to research writing, grammar, and online help to improve
my product (my latest was line-level coding in the .HPJ file
of WinHelp)
- edit various other documentation, including PR material, memos, and
design documents
- create documentation formats for other employees within my company

I'm sure there's more that I do, but that's all my brain can hold
at this time ;)

Oh, btw, glad to *finally* find the tech writing newsgroup on the net,
after 2 years of searching :) Nice to meet you all :)

Jo
