In the fall 1994 issue of The WinHelp Journal, I found the following list of
the 16 colors that make up the standard Windows 16-color palette. Can anyone
tell me what PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors these correspond to or can
anyone suggest where I might look or who I might call to find out? Thanks much.
