The "Frame Connections" catalog lists the following possibilities from
third party developers:

Aladdin Transfer
Aladdin Software A.S.
602-788-1936 fax 602-788-1937

Filtrix
Blueberry Software
707-829-5443 Fax 707-829-5380 email sales -at- blueberry -dot- com

Unfortunately it is expensive to develope products to support FrameMaker
So you can't "roll your own" filter tools unless you have deep pockets
and a good C programmer looking for a new challenge. (I tried this
option but my pockets weren't deep enough...)

If this is an on-going problem it might be worthwhile to contact some of the
third party developers or consultants who currently support Frame.
