Why wouldn't you use Frame's FrameViewer? It's Frame's
online viewer for Frame documents. There's no additional
compilation step. You can even lock the file you are currently
editing to check how it works in FrameViewer. You get
hypertext links for the TOC and index without any additional
effort. Also, adding additional hypertext links is pretty easy
through Frame's markers (similar to index markers).

I've got a project that (surprise!) requires online documentation.

A quick-and-dirty solutio is to output the FrameMaker files to
a Postscript file and have users read the files with Ghostview.

This is not a high-quality solution for producing online doc,
but is it serviceable? Will a Postscript manual viewed online
with Ghostview be of any value?
