Erroneously echoed TECHWR-L digests

Subject: Erroneously echoed TECHWR-L digests

The cases where the TECHWR-L digests have been echoed
back to the list and added to later digests, is a
likely case of a returned message from the list that
is interpreted as a message submission to the list.

It is unlikely that someone purposely has resubmitted
the digest to TECHWR-L (unlikely, but not impossible...).

Technology at its most temerousness.
