I can't tell if you're asking for advice on writing marketing
materials or on writing audiovisual presentations. I'm guessing
you mean the former, so I have two suggestions:

1. Check out Janice M. King's book, *Writing High-Tech Copy that
Sells* (John Wiley & Sons). It has good, practical advice for
writing marketing materials in a variety of media. (Janice is
the founder of STC's Marketing Communication PIC.)

2. Join STC's Marcom PIC. It's free of charge if you're an STC
member. Contact the STC office (stc -at- tmn -dot- com) for info.
