Phil,

If they're in BMP format, I don't think you have to convert them, you
should be able to place them in any application that accepts BMP imports.

We use a utility called PrntScrn from Mitnor Software. It's available
for about $100 and takes great screen caps in OS/2 that allow you to
enable/disable the mouse pointer, set a delayed time for taking the
screen shot, etc. The best part is that it saves the files in any format
you want - BMP, PCX, etc. We save ours as PCX or BMP, and then place
them in PageMaker for Windows files with no problems.
