Why does a thingy "have to" be developed? Is it necessary in order for
the framis to hold the whoosies? If not, the first sentence alone is
sufficient. If so, then you must tell us what to do about developing
the thingy.

(It's the framis that contains the whoosies, and the whoosies that are being
used in the whizbang.)
