Mike--

I've never had any problem with disks or with my laptop. I always make a
backup disk and leave it at home, just in case. Never had any problem
with film or video, either.

Does anybody know if passing a laptop computer or floppy disk through an
airport X-ray machine damages anything?

I'd like to know before I take my next trip.

TIA,
Mike Johnson
