writing students who will graduate in December 1995.
As part of a six-person documentation group housed in the development
department, this writer will write and edit software user manuals and
on-line documents.
Datastream Systems is a leading developer and supplier of computerized
maintenance management systems. It develops specialized applications
software for scheduling maintenance tasks, maintaining repair and
maintenance histories, and controlling inventories and staffing
levels.
Datastream is nine years old and has over 7,000 customers world wide,

Position requirements:
z degree or advanced degree in technical writing or a related field
z experience in or interest in software documentation
z knowledge of software documentation principles
z proficiency in Microsoft Windows
z proficiency in Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0
z experience with on-line help software, such as RoboHelp
