MH> We are planning our documents for a new in-house
MH> application. We suspect
MH> that using the keyboard is faster than using a mouse. If it
MH> is, we want
MH> to slant the doc and training so that users become
MH> accustomed to keyboard shortcuts.
Repetetive tasks tend to be faster using the keyboard. If the users will use
the program on a dayly basis, they will most likely prefer the keyboard.
On the other side: I still use PageMaker 4 and this program uses the old
shortcut designations for the clipboard. I cannot remember them, because I do
hardly more with Pagemaker than a 5-page newsletter every other month.
Therefore, I use the mouse for the Edit menu.
