This is our _hay-day_.

Since you seem to feel it incumbent upon yourself to correct our speech
patterns, it seems only proper to advise such an august member of the "top
ranks of technical communication" that the term you were searching for but
didn't quite find is "heyday," and has nothing whatever to do with cattle

Believe me people, you can call me anything you like. My skin is thick,
my emotions are under control, I'm very objective.

Sorry. I really *do* hate to disappoint you, but I've no inclination to call
you anything at all, including objective. :{>}

Have fun,

In God we trust; all others must provide data.
Opinions expressed are mine and mine alone.
If JCI had an opinion on this, they'd hire someone else to deliver it.
