PDP-11 was a quite popular line of computers by Digital in the seventies. They
were superseded by the Vax series.

If you have some programs that run on these computers ONLY, you could think
about taking them. But without some kind of specialist you will have a hard
time to do anything with them.

Up to here, I should have posted it as private mail. But this question showed
me how fast qualifications are to change these days. The PDP-11s were 16-bit
machines when I thought of building my first microprocessor system. They had
removable 14-inch "Winchester" drives holding 5 MB...
