The current Toronto telephone directory (it arrived last week) has, at the
start of the MACINTOSHes the announcement

As they now print surnames in all CAPS I've no idea whether which families
use a small or capital I after the C.

In the UK the form Macintosh is the most familiar because of the raincoat.
