The code is " " (without the ""). It is a fairly new tag,
supported by e.g. Netscape 2+ and Microsoft Explorer 1+, but not by
Netscape 1.0. In browsers not supporting the tag it will be written
in full like this:

I would consequently be very carefull where to use it - and when!
For the time being I will not use it on normal webpages.

The hotkey in Netscape Navigator Gold 2.01 is Shift-Space.
