Frame is notoriously bad at saving in RTF format.
You need to attach the ROBOHELP.DOT using the Templates option on the File menu.
For additional files in the same project, you need to attach the ROBORTF.DOT
You can do this automatically by opening a new project in Robo and then
using the Import Documentation option under Tools.
Use the Word Style Organizer to remove those extraneous styles.
The best file is usually a simple file. Easy maintenance.
