I think it has to do with the fact that when you export a BMP in Corel, the
program saves all the original image size information. In theory, this means that
if you want to resize the graphic somewhere else, it will still look nice because
all the original bits are there. In practice, it means you have unpredictable
results incorporating a Corel BMP in Help. I get around it by resizing in Corel,
cutting/copying to the Clipboard, pasting into Paint, then saving. A little
cumbersome, but actually not all that time-consuming.
