The files are available at ftp.cs.wisc.edu/ghost/aladdin. You need
gs353ini.zip, gs353dos.zip, gs353fn1.zip and gs353fn2.zip to run the the DOS
version.<
FWIW, GS 3.53 is also available for W3.1, W95, OS/2, Mac, and a few dozen
varieties of UNIX.
