Subject:Using the MS logo in your manual From:"Mark L. Levinson" <nosnivel -at- NETVISION -dot- NET -dot- IL> Date:Thu, 23 May 1996 20:38:41 +0300
Any ideas on this? OK or not OK? How can we find out?
** Legally it is not OK to make free with another company's
logotype in your manual. However, by including the logo
in a font that it distributes, Microsoft is virtually asking
you to do so. You might have a good case in court, but
you don't want to go there even with a good case, do you?
I sure don't, so forget I said anything...
