I'm sure there are several avenues you could explore, but training would
certainly be one of them. In my case, training was not my first job choice.
However, my first job offer after graduating from college (where I majored
in technical writing) was as an instructor. It's been enjoyable for the
most part. I now find myself in the position of deciding whether I want
to pursue technical writing or continue with training. The two disciplines
are, of course, closely interrelated in any case.
