Subject: MVB to HTML

Does anyone know fo a tool to convert multimedia viewer files (MVB) to
HTML, breaking up the content at second-level headingas and creating
in HTML the links that currently exist in the help file?

If not this, then how about a conversion facility for RTF that will
handle the links?

Thanks in advance--
