You could also see if you can obtain an evaluation copy of the Bristol
software. At least you'll be able to find out if it will work well in
your situation before purchasing it.

Try Hyperhelp by Bristol. It's expensive but I found out that it was
pretty much the only tool that was cross-platform and could be sent
out free with your software.
