May I suggest you send a fax to the Editor of the very best magazine in
the world called "communication briefings". This monthly 8 page rag has
published tons of reference on this. My daughter has borrowed my back
issues along with the indexes so I cannot send you the major arguments
for and against or the references.
Unfortunately they are not contactable by email but their fax number is
and their phone number is
1101 King St., Suite 110, Alexandria, VA 22314 USA.
The $100 (International subscription) that I pay for this magazine has
paid for itself several fold with every issue. I have no connection with
the magazine and am just a very very satisfied reader. I think it costs
$79 in the US and $99(US) in Canada. They also have a great report called
Communicating Effectively which costs about $25.
