"Product X is easily upgradable" is a poor construction anyway.
"Product X can easily be made so you can upgrade it" is basically what
you're saying. I think that sticking to "Product X is easily upgraded"
is probably safer all around. Actually, "Product X can be easily
upgraded." is probably more "correct".
