Director/Manager of Technical Publications Position

Business Week and Forbes voted Computer Network Technology (CNT)
one of the best small companies in America. CNT, an enterprise networking
company located in the Twin Cities (Minnesota), is now planning to double

its size in the coming year. We need a director/manager to build and
develop the technical publications department along with CNT's growth.

Initially, the position has the following responsibilities:

-Coordinate the design and development of manuals for current and future
software and hardware products
-Act as a liaison between CNT management and the department
-Perform administrative duties for the department
-Direct the activities of personnel in the department
-Plan and control the department budget

Requirements of this position are:

-5-10 years of experience in a documentation role; 3-5 years as a manager
-Experience with the latest tools and methods of developing product
documentation
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Minimum of a BS/BA degree in related fields or relative experience
-Ability to operate in a team environment
